Frankton Town Market is a Sunday afternoon (2-5pm) farmers' market during located at the Frankton Community Library in Frankton, IN. Our 2021 Farmers' Market dates start May 30th ending September 12th. In 2021 we will also be adding several Seasonal Market dates. Our Seasonal Markets will be one-time events during the early Spring, Fall and Winter months. We also plan to host our farmers' market during the Frankton Heritage Days Festival Sunday, September 19th 11am-5pm.
Our market was formed by Frankton Heritage Days Inc., a local not-for-profit organization who plan and host the annual Frankton Heritage Days Festival. The citizen's of our Town of Frankton had expressed interest in improving our town's foot traffic, supporting local businesses, offering fresh food to our local food programs and providing more educational resources to our youth. So, Frankton Heritage Days saw this as an opportunity to further their organization's purpose, "to promote and improve the local festival and encourage community service.", while also satisfying many of our town's needs. Quite a win win situation!
